Chief People Officer

We're on a mission to revolutionize virtual sales conversations, and we need a visionary leader to help us achieve our goals. As our Chief People Officer, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a people strategy that aligns with our business objectives. This includes leading our people team, defining our employee experience, and implementing policies and procedures that drive growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a people strategy that drives business growth and success
- Lead and grow our people team, ensuring they have the skills and expertise needed to succeed
- Own the people budget, ensuring effective use of investment
- Define and implement our employee experience, including policies, procedures, and programs
Requirements:
- Extensive people and culture leadership experience in a fast-moving SaaS business
- Proven ability to define and lead a best-in-class employee experience
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to develop those skills in others
- Experience building and owning people strategies from the ground up
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary of £135k (FTE)
- Part-time role (3 days a week)
