We're looking for a seasoned leader to help us power our virtual sales conversations and create a virtual sales advisor that outperforms human sales advisors. As our Chief People Officer, you'll be responsible for evolving our culture as we scale, defining our employee experience, and embedding right-sized processes to manage change.
This is a part-time role (3 days a week) with a competitive salary of £135k (FTE). You'll be part of a fast-moving SaaS business that values diversity and is committed to creating a culture of belonging and fairness for all employees.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing a people strategy aligned to business goals
- Leading, growing, and developing the people team
- Defining our Employee Experience and developing and implementing policies, procedures, and programmes that deliver on it
You'll also be responsible for:
- Overseeing talent acquisition and implementing strategies for attracting and retaining exceptional people
- Leading the design and implementation of development and training programmes to ensure we develop our team at all levels
- Establishing a consistent and effective performance evaluation process and driving a culture of continuous feedback and performance improvement
We're looking for someone with extensive people and culture leadership experience in a fast-moving SaaS business, who can define and lead a best-in-class Employee Experience. If you're passionate about creating a culture that nurtures growth and development, we'd love to hear from you.
