About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief People and Culture Officer to join our leadership team at 15gifts. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping our company culture and driving business growth through effective people strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee the talent acquisition function to attract, select, and develop top talent that aligns with our company values.
  • Employee Engagement and Development: Lead the design and implementation of development and training programs to ensure our team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Performance Management: Establish a consistent and effective performance evaluation process to drive continuous feedback and performance improvement.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Implement a pay review process that aligns with our company values and ensures compliance with relevant labor laws.
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Promote a culture of belonging and fairness for all employees, ensuring HR policies and practices are in compliance with relevant labor laws.
Requirements
  • Extensive people and culture leadership experience in a fast-moving SaaS business.
  • Experience in building and owning people strategies from the ground up and right-sizing for our stage of growth.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to drive business growth through effective people strategies.
