Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Formulate and execute a human resources strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and expand the HR team.
- Manage the HR budget to ensure optimal investment utilization.
- Define the Employee Experience and create policies, procedures, and programs that support it.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Oversee the recruitment function.
- Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Ensure the hiring process aligns with the immediate needs of the organization.
Employee Engagement and Development:
- Design and implement training and development programs to enhance team capabilities.
- Encourage career progression and growth opportunities.
- Measure employee engagement to drive continuous improvement.
Performance Management:
- Establish effective performance evaluation processes.
- Promote a culture of ongoing feedback and performance enhancement.
- Implement a recognition program that reflects our organizational values.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Develop a compensation review process that aligns with our principles.
- Design salary benchmarking and benefits programs.
- Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):
- Advocate for DEI initiatives and integrate them across all functions.

Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in HR leadership within a dynamic SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to define and lead a premier Employee Experience.
- Exceptional communication skills with experience in managing internal communications during transitions.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on developing others.
- Experience in building and managing HR strategies tailored to our growth stage.
This is a part-time position (2-3 days per week).
