We are at a pivotal stage where we require a seasoned HR leader to spearhead our human capital strategy, shape our employee experience, implement appropriate processes, and manage organizational change. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership:

  • Formulate and execute a human resources strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and expand the HR team.
  • Manage the HR budget to ensure optimal investment utilization.
  • Define the Employee Experience and create policies, procedures, and programs that support it.

Talent Acquisition and Management:

  • Oversee the recruitment function.
  • Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Ensure the hiring process aligns with the immediate needs of the organization.

Employee Engagement and Development:

  • Design and implement training and development programs to enhance team capabilities.
  • Encourage career progression and growth opportunities.
  • Measure employee engagement to drive continuous improvement.

Performance Management:

  • Establish effective performance evaluation processes.
  • Promote a culture of ongoing feedback and performance enhancement.
  • Implement a recognition program that reflects our organizational values.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Develop a compensation review process that aligns with our principles.
  • Design salary benchmarking and benefits programs.
  • Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards.

  • Exceptional communication skills with experience in managing internal communications during transitions.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on developing others.
  • Experience in building and managing HR strategies tailored to our growth stage.

This is a part-time position (2-3 days per week).
