About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief People and Culture Officer to join our leadership team at 15gifts. As a key member of our executive team, you will play a critical role in shaping our company culture and driving business growth through people-centric strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee the development and implementation of our talent acquisition function, ensuring we attract and retain top talent to drive business success.
  • Employee Engagement and Development: Lead the design and implementation of development and training programs that foster career growth and advancement opportunities, ensuring our team is equipped to excel in their roles.
  • Performance Management: Establish a consistent and effective performance evaluation process, driving a culture of continuous feedback and performance improvement.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Implement a pay review process that aligns with our company values, designing salary benchmarking, compensation programs, and benefits that attract and retain top talent.
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Promote a culture of belonging and fairness for all employees, ensuring HR policies and practices are in compliance with relevant labor laws.
Requirements
  • Extensive people and culture leadership experience in a fast-moving SaaS business.
  • Proven track record of building and owning people strategies from the ground up, with a focus on driving business growth and success.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective talent acquisition and management strategies.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive cultural change and inspire teams.
  • Experience with compensation and benefits design, with a focus on attracting and retaining top talent.
