We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief People and Culture Officer to join our leadership team at 15gifts. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping our company culture and ensuring that our employees have the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee the talent acquisition function to ensure that we attract and retain top talent.
  • Employee Engagement and Development: Lead the design and implementation of development and training programmes to ensure that our team members have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
  • Performance Management: Establish a consistent and effective performance evaluation process to drive a culture of continuous feedback and performance improvement.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Implement a pay review process that aligns with our company values and ensures that our employees are fairly compensated for their work.
