We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate HR Recruitment Coordinator to join our dynamic Human Resources team at a Brighton-based University. As an integral part of the recruitment process, you will provide essential support and act as the first point of contact for various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Administration: Prepare, check, and administer all associated documentation within the recruitment process, including job descriptions, advertisements, and further particulars.
  • Communication and Coordination: Oversee recruitment email inboxes, respond to all applicants and recruiting manager enquiries, and organize interview schedules with recruiting managers and candidates.
  • Reference and Reporting: Request employment references and collate all post-interview administrative paperwork, and work within set timelines to meet deadlines and collate several monthly recruitment reports.
