Role: HR Assistant

Contract: 6 months FTC

Salary: Up to £24,500

Alexander Lloyd is recruiting an HR Assistant for an immediate start to join the HR operations team. As a key member, you will provide first-line HR advice and guidance, ensure the HRIS is up-to-date, coordinate recruitment activities, and administer benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR advice and guidance to employees
  • Ensure accurate and timely HRIS data
  • Coordinate recruitment activities
  • Administer employee benefits

Requirements:

  • Experience in HR administration
  • Excellent data input skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
