Job Title: HR Business Partner

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Get Staffed Online Recruitment. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our clients by supporting their schools and central team with strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of call in the provision of school support to our clients' Brighton-based schools
  • Work closely with the Chief People Officer and the broader HR team to contribute to and implement national initiatives

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum GSCE English and Mathematics Grade C or equivalent
  • A professional qualification relevant to the post such as CIPD Level 5 (Level 7 desirable)
