Position Overview

The Ivy Medical Group is seeking a part-time Healthcare Reception Coordinator to join our dedicated team.

Availability is required for Wednesday and Friday afternoons, with the possibility of additional shifts during morning and afternoon hours.

Our facility operates from 08:00 to 18:30, Monday through Friday.

Prior experience in customer service is a fundamental requirement.

Familiarity with the NHS and General Practice settings is advantageous but not mandatory.

Both of our locations utilize the System One software.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of reception tasks and providing essential support to our multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Welcoming and directing patients upon arrival.
  • Efficiently managing the appointment scheduling system.
  • Booking patient appointments and processing relevant information.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for patients, facilitating the distribution of information and inquiries to the clinical team.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary team members and external service providers.

Essential Qualifications

  • GCSE or equivalent qualifications in Mathematics and English.
  • Experience with the SystmOne clinical system is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in a public-facing role, particularly in healthcare settings.
