About the Opportunity:
We are collaborating with a prominent provider of advanced logistics and order fulfillment solutions to seek a skilled and motivated Lead Sales Executive. Our client is a distinguished entity in the tech industry, recognized for their innovative platform that optimizes supply chain processes and improves inventory oversight. This role presents an exceptional chance for an experienced sales expert to join a progressive company and contribute to substantial revenue enhancement.
Role Summary:
As a Lead Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in discovering, nurturing, and finalizing new business prospects. You will engage with potential clients to comprehend their requirements and showcase how our client's offerings can resolve their issues. This position demands a strategic mindset with a solid history in sales, particularly in the software and technology domains.
Core Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new business prospects within designated sectors.
- Establish and sustain a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach and lead cultivation.
- Conduct comprehensive needs evaluations and present customized solutions to potential clients.
- Foster and maintain robust relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and client satisfaction.
- Achieve and surpass sales objectives and performance benchmarks.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and market changes.
- Represent the organization at industry gatherings, trade exhibitions, and conferences.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on engaging with 3PL, eCommerce, manufacturing, and retail sectors.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas.
- In-depth understanding of the challenges and requirements within the 3PL, eCommerce, manufacturing, and retail industries.
- Experience with logistics management systems and supply chain solutions is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Capability to build and sustain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
