As an E-Commerce Trading Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the Digital Trading Team to enhance sales through effective management of campaigns and promotions.
  • Generating reports on digital trading, emphasizing critical insights.
  • Analyzing top-selling products and inventory levels in response to trading performance and forthcoming promotional activities to maximize online sales.
  • Creating insightful information for both internal and external discussions.
  • Prioritizing tasks based on communications regarding upcoming campaigns and promotions.
  • Ensuring that products possess the necessary content for online launch and collaborating with teams to resolve any issues that may hinder sales.
  • Assisting in the execution of seasonal promotions and campaign adjustments in accordance with the company’s trading calendar.
  • Enhancing customer experience through daily site evaluations and data analysis, aimed at improving product categorization and content.
  • Maintaining strong internal relationships to ensure a comprehensive understanding of seasonal priorities and launches.
  • Engaging in projects or undertaking additional responsibilities that may extend beyond the standard role to benefit the organization.
  • Managing key internal and external stakeholders, employing effective communication and people management techniques.
  • Being an active and positive contributor to the team, always ready to represent the digital trading team and willing to go the extra mile.

  • Eligibility to work in EMEA countries.
  • Educational background at A Level or equivalent, preferably in a business or numerically focused discipline.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with various teams.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Capability to organize and manage your own workload effectively.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel is preferred.
