Position Overview

To maintain our ambitious trajectory, we are expanding our digital hub at the core of our organization, our global headquarters and distribution center.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to join a thriving digital trading team focused on established online platforms. If you are passionate about digital trading, this position allows you to take a proactive role in managing and analyzing website performance. As we experience a period of heightened performance and significant investment in digital initiatives, this is a remarkable chance to contribute to the growth and success of the Frasers Group Customer Team.

Reporting to a Trading Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the daily trading activities of one or more websites, guided by the Trading Manager.
  • Managing the reporting of trade performance on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis, providing in-depth analysis of key business drivers and contributing to action plans to meet sales and contribution goals.
  • Utilizing available resources to analyze seasonal sales trends, maintain commercial awareness, and report on competitor activities and customer behaviors.
  • Monitoring and reporting on weekly content updates for site changes, campaigns, promotions, and brand partner communications.
  • Managing all critical paths for campaign and promotional activities, ensuring awareness of upcoming initiatives.
  • Communicating product and trading strategies to all digital marketing and optimization teams.
  • Assisting in coordinating evergreen and seasonal content requirements to enhance SEO, customer engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Facilitating the improvement of product content and supporting teams in resolving issues promptly to optimize sales.

Team Leadership

  • Establishing clear objectives, goals, and development plans for Trading Assistants as necessary.
  • Collaborating effectively with key internal and external stakeholders, employing suitable communication and management techniques.
  • Actively contributing to the team and the overall e-commerce strategy.
  • Representing the Digital Trading Team across the broader organization, ensuring that e-commerce KPIs are understood and achievable by all.

Qualifications

  • Valid working rights for the UK.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and reporting.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Contentsquare, and Excel.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and proactive.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar digital role within a retail or consumer brand environment.
