Position Overview

This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to a thriving digital trading team managing established online platforms. If you are enthusiastic about digital commerce, this position allows for a proactive approach to trading and website analysis. With significant investment in digital initiatives, this is a unique chance to impact the growth and performance of the Frasers Group Customer Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily trading activities of designated website(s) under the direction of the Trading Manager.
  • Prepare and present reports on daily, weekly, monthly, and annual trading performance, providing in-depth analysis of key business metrics to inform action plans aimed at achieving sales and contribution goals.
  • Utilize available data to analyze seasonal sales trends, maintain market awareness, and report on competitor activities and customer behaviors.
  • Manage and report on weekly updates regarding site content changes, promotional campaigns, and brand partner communications.
  • Coordinate all critical paths for campaign and promotional activities, ensuring awareness of upcoming initiatives.
  • Communicate product and trading strategies effectively to all digital marketing and optimization teams.
  • Assist in coordinating both evergreen and seasonal content to enhance SEO, customer engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Facilitate the improvement of product content, collaborating with teams to resolve issues promptly to maximize sales.

Team Leadership

  • Establish clear objectives and development plans for Trading Assistants as applicable.
  • Collaborate effectively with key internal and external stakeholders, employing suitable communication and management techniques.
  • Actively contribute to the team dynamic, supporting the overall e-commerce strategy.
  • Represent the Digital Trading Team within the broader organization, ensuring that e-commerce KPIs are understood and achievable.

Qualifications

  • Valid working rights for the UK.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and reporting.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Contentsquare, and Excel.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar digital role within a retail or consumer brand environment.
