Role Overview
To maintain our ambitious trajectory, we are establishing a digital hub at the core of our organization, our global headquarters and distribution center.
We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to join our thriving digital trading team, focusing on established online platforms. If you are passionate about digital trading, this role offers a hands-on opportunity to engage in trading and analyzing website performance. As we invest significantly in our digital capabilities, this is a remarkable chance to contribute to the growth and success of the Frasers Group Customer Team.
Reporting to a Trading Manager, your responsibilities will include the effective implementation of campaigns, brand strategies, and promotional initiatives, collaborating with digital marketing, commercial, and optimization teams to enhance conversion rates and key performance indicators.
Manage the daily trading operations of assigned website(s) under the guidance of the Trading Manager. Generate reports on daily, weekly, monthly, and annual trading performance, providing in-depth analysis of key business drivers and contributing to action plans to achieve sales and contribution goals. Utilize available resources to analyze seasonal sales trends, maintain commercial awareness, and report on competitor activities and customer behaviors. Oversee and report on weekly content updates for site changes, campaigns, promotions, and brand partner communications. Manage all critical paths for campaign and promotional activities, ensuring awareness of upcoming initiatives. Communicate product and trading strategies effectively to all digital marketing and optimization teams. Assist in coordinating evergreen and seasonal content requirements to enhance SEO, customer engagement, and conversion rates. Facilitate the improvement of product content, supporting teams in resolving issues promptly to optimize sales.Team Leadership
Establish clear objectives, goals, and development plans for Trading Assistants as applicable. Collaborate effectively with key internal and external stakeholders, employing appropriate communication and management techniques. Actively contribute to the team, supporting the overall e-commerce strategy. Represent the Digital Trading Team across the organization, ensuring that e-commerce KPIs are understood and achievable.Required Qualifications
Valid working rights for the UK. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and reporting proficiency. Advanced user of Google Analytics, Contentsquare, and Excel. Experience with e-commerce platforms. Self-motivated, independent, and proactive. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar digital role within a retail or consumer brand.-
