Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital trading strategy to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Lead and manage a team of Trading Managers to achieve sales and revenue targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership and external partners
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in a similar e-commerce role, preferably in a retail or consumer brand
  • Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth through digital channels
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and market trends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
