Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Trading Lead to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our digital trading team, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and delivering strategic recommendations to increase digital sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a digital trading strategy aligned with the company's commercial objectives
  • Manage effective trading performance structures, including meetings and insight packs, to capture customer and market insights
  • Devise and drive a performance and data analysis plan to inform and support growth using analytical tools
  • Present ideas and analysis to wider teams to align business processes and projects
  • Work with the Digital Marketing team to ensure product and trading strategies are supported and aligned with the digital marketing strategy

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Ability to set clear objectives and goals, ensuring digital KPIs are understood and achievable
  • Experience working within e-commerce platforms and analytical tools
  • At least 7 years of experience in a similar e-commerce role in a retail or consumer brand
