Job Title: Digital Trading Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Trading Lead to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our digital trading team, you will be responsible for driving digital sales growth and delivering commercial excellence across our allocated fascia groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a digital trading strategy that aligns with our commercial objectives and drives business growth.
  • Lead a team of trading managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of digital trading initiatives.
  • Manage and analyze data to inform trading decisions and optimize digital sales performance.
  • Work closely with the Group Head of Digital Trading to define and develop a digital strategy that meets our business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to ensure alignment of digital trading strategies with digital marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for digital trading initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in a similar e-commerce role with a strong background in digital trading and sales.
  • Proven track record of driving digital sales growth and delivering commercial excellence.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
