Job Title: Digital Trading Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Trading Lead to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our digital trading team, you will be responsible for driving digital sales growth and developing a comprehensive digital trading strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a digital trading strategy that drives sales growth and improves customer engagement
  • Lead a team of trading managers to achieve sales targets and improve trading performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for digital growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them
  • Monitor and analyze digital trading performance metrics to inform business decisions and optimize trading strategies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including trading partners and suppliers

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in digital trading or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving digital sales growth and improving trading performance
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading a team of trading managers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
