About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Trading Lead to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving digital sales and revenue growth across our fascia groups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of digital trading strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Manage a team of Trading Managers to ensure effective trading performance and delivery of digital sales targets
  • Work closely with the Group Head of Digital Trading to define and develop a digital strategy aligned with key brand and business commercial objectives
  • Develop and maintain effective trading performance structures, including meetings and insight packs, to capture customer and market insight and feedback
  • Present ideas and analysis to wider teams to align business processes and projects
  • Lead and own the digital trading calendar, ensuring campaigns, promotions, and trading initiatives are actioned and executed with the optimisation of customer journey always in the forefront

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Ability to set clear objectives and goals, ensuring digital KPIs are understood and achievable for all
  • Experience working within e-commerce platforms and analytical tools
  • At least 7 years of experience in a similar eCommerce role in a retail or consumer brand
