Role Overview
To maintain our ambitious trajectory, we are expanding our digital hub at the core of our organization, our global headquarters and distribution center.
We present an exciting opportunity to join a thriving digital trading team focused on established online platforms. If you are passionate about digital trading, this role offers a hands-on opportunity to manage and analyze website performance. As we experience a phase of high achievement and substantial investment in digital initiatives, this is a remarkable chance to influence the growth and success of the Frasers Group Customer Team.
Reporting to a Trading Manager, your responsibilities will include the effective implementation of campaign, brand, and promotional strategies, collaborating with digital marketing, commercial, and optimization teams to drive initiatives that enhance conversion rates and key performance indicators.
Oversee daily trading operations of assigned website(s) under the guidance of the Trading Manager. Prepare reports on daily, weekly, monthly, and annual trading performance, providing in-depth analysis of key business drivers and contributing to action plans to achieve sales and contribution targets. Utilize available resources to analyze seasonal sales trends, maintain commercial awareness, and report on competitor activities and customer behaviors. Manage and report on weekly content updates for site changes, campaigns, promotions, and brand partner communications. Ensure comprehensive management of all critical paths for campaign and promotional activities, staying informed about upcoming initiatives. Communicate product and trading strategies effectively to all digital marketing and optimization teams. Assist in coordinating evergreen and seasonal content requirements to enhance SEO, customer engagement, and conversion rates. Facilitate the improvement of product content, collaborating with teams to resolve issues promptly to optimize sales.Team Leadership
Establish clear objectives, goals, and development plans for Trading Assistants as necessary. Collaborate effectively with key internal and external stakeholders, employing appropriate communication and management techniques. Actively contribute to the team, supporting the overall e-commerce strategy. Represent the Digital Trading Team across the organization, ensuring e-commerce KPIs are understood and achievable for all stakeholders.Required Qualifications
Valid working rights for the UK. Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and reporting. Proficient in Google Analytics, Contentsquare, and Excel. Experience with e-commerce platforms. Self-motivated, independent, and proactive. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar digital role within a retail or consumer brand environment.-
