Internal Account Manager - Maternity Cover

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer portfolio to increase sales and revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and issue resolution
  • Handle customer orders and administration, ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Collaborate with field-based sales teams to drive business growth and expansion
  • Resolve customer service issues and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Promote a culture of safety and health in the workplace, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas for growth and development
