Head of International Marketing and Business Development

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our international marketing and business development efforts. As the Head of International Marketing and Business Development, you will be responsible for managing our global marketing teams and developing strategies to expand our business in new and existing markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead our international marketing teams to create and execute successful marketing campaigns for our clients.
- Develop and implement global marketing strategies to expand our business in new and existing markets.
- Work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop tailored marketing solutions.
- Manage relationships with our international distribution, licensee, and promotion partners.
- Travel regularly to international territories to build and strengthen relationships and oversee campaigns.
- Contribute to the process of bringing in new clients to our business.
Requirements:
We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled professional with a strong background in international marketing and business development. You should have:
- Extensive experience in managing large multi-territory marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the physical and digital retail/streaming landscape.
- A global network of contacts across DSPs, media, PR & Promotion companies, and other commercial partners.
- Experience of negotiating and building international partnerships.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- A commitment to excellence and providing client-focused service.
