About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Marketing and Communications to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to achieve business objectives and drive results.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and measure the success of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Analyze campaign results and provide insights to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Partnerships and Collaborations: Develop and maintain partnerships with external agencies, vendors, and stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Skills: Excellent creativity, project management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
