About the Role:
The Marshall Institute for Philanthropy and Social Entrepreneurship is in search of a skilled Communications and Marketing Lead to spearhead our marketing initiatives. This role involves the development and execution of impactful marketing strategies aimed at promoting our flagship Executive Masters program along with our broader educational and research endeavors.

The Marshall Institute was founded in 2015 with a significant endowment to enhance the effectiveness of private initiatives for public good. Since its inception, it has introduced innovative graduate and executive programs, including the Executive MSc in Social Business and Entrepreneurship (EMSBE), in collaboration with the Department of Management, merging social impact with advanced business education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to elevate the visibility of the Institute's educational offerings.
  • Develop and execute a communications plan in collaboration with team members to maximize outreach and engagement.
  • Assist in organizing recruitment and alumni events in partnership with the Institute team and the Head of External Relations.

Candidate Profile:
We are looking for individuals who possess:
  • Extensive experience in a marketing capacity within educational institutions, business schools, or entrepreneurial settings.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing techniques, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and CRM systems.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in analyzing marketing metrics and presenting insights to teams.
