About the Role:

This is a hybrid role based in a prestigious location, offering a unique blend of marketing and coordination responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and in-resort promotions.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content, including social media posts, newsletters, blog articles, and promotional materials that align with the company's brand voice and aesthetic.
  • Social Media Management: Monitor and manage social media accounts, engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and maintaining a consistent and vibrant online presence.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of special events, promotions, and partnerships to enhance brand visibility and guest engagement.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales, guest relations, and operations, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the luxury hospitality or tourism industry.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, CRM systems).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for luxury travel and hospitality.

Compensation Package:

The remuneration for this role is £32,000 - £38,000 depending on experience.
