Job Title: Marketing Communications Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team at EMR | Specialist in Marketing Recruitment. As a Marketing Communications Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing function with a wide range of offline activities, with a focus on creating engaging presentations and marketing collateral.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in maintaining and building presentations and case studies covering a range of sectors
  • Ensure the brand is properly used across the entire marketing mix
  • Ensure all content and collateral is at an exceptional standard
  • Support on preparation of tailored collateral, such as marketing brochures, ESG reports, and brand marketing materials
  • Provide support on a programme of 100+ events per year, including venue identification, invitations, and collateral materials

Requirements:

  • Complete proficiency in PowerPoint design and production, often at pace to meet deadlines
  • B2B financial services or professional services experience is essential
  • 3-3.5 years of experience maximum
  • InDesign is essential
  • Track record in copywriting and editing skills
  • Happy to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively, flexibly, and fast to deadlines
  • Confident brief-taking and senior stakeholder management
  • Project management and multi-tasking
  • Intellectual curiosity and a keenness to learn new skills
  • Demonstrates our own values of empathy, ambition, and accountability

What We Offer:

  • £45-55,000 base salary + 20% Bonus + Benefits
  • Hybrid working - 3 days in the office
