Marketing and Communications Executive

Our client, a leading asset finance business, is seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Communications Executive to join their team. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote the company's brand and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Communications Manager to develop a comprehensive communications strategy and plan messaging.
  • Create engaging content for internal communications, including presentations and intranet content, that aligns with the company's brand guidelines.
  • Manage and create content for all digital channels, measuring and reporting on performance to optimize results.
  • Plan and draft social media campaigns to promote the brand and message, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Design content that adheres to the company's brand guidelines for all digital and external communications.
  • Monitor and update the business website with fresh content, including new starters and customer case studies.
  • Support the launch, marketing, and communication of new business initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing and communications, with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels.
  • Excellent writing, design, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure and report on marketing performance.
