About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Growth Strategies: Design and implement comprehensive data-driven strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Lead Digital Marketing Channels: Oversee and optimize a range of digital marketing channels, including paid social, paid search, affiliates, and influencers.
  • Financial Metrics and Analysis: Review, analyze, and manage key financial metrics such as customer acquisition, CAC, LTV margins, and overall profitability.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a high-performance team, including head-off levels, and provide leadership and guidance to direct reports.
  • AI and Predictive Modelling: Leverage AI and predictive modelling to forecast trends, customer behaviors, and churn rates.
  • Advanced Analytics: Utilize advanced analytics to inform decision-making and provide a competitive edge.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Leadership: Work closely with PR, brand, buying, merchandising, customer service, and creative teams to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Senior Leadership Experience: Demonstrate experience in a senior leadership role, such as Head of Growth or Director of Marketing, within a direct-to-consumer business, ideally in retail or e-commerce.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Have at least 7+ years of leadership experience with a high growth paid marketing/CRM background.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Be a data-first individual with experience in AI, machine learning, and predictive modelling.
  • CRM and Customer Strategy: Have extensive experience with CRM and customer-focused strategy, including high-value customer journeying.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Develop excellent leadership and team management skills and build a high-performance unit.
