Marketing and Business Development Director

The Marketing & Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business growth and marketing initiatives within a professional services firm. This role requires a unique blend of creativity, analytical skills, and leadership abilities to support the company's expansion.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive business development and marketing strategies for practice areas.
- Manage budgets, track expenditures, and provide regular ROI reports to stakeholders.
- Identify market opportunities and trends by analyzing practices, competitors, and industry insights.
- Coordinate award and directory submissions, including drafting and organizing required materials.
- Oversee digital presence, including website content, social media calendars, and blog/article schedules.
- Liaise with communications teams on PR and media activities, and organize client mailings, events, and follow-ups.
- Support business development initiatives by organizing pitches, presentations, and maintaining relevant marketing materials.
- Coach and upskill junior team members, working closely with the Head of Business Development on team development.
- Academic background in Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing and business development within the professional services industry.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on key performance indicators.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Highly creative with an ability to identify and pursue business opportunities.
- A competitive salary ranging from £50,000 to £60,000 per annum.
