Job Title: Head of Creative and Marketing

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead our international marketing team, based in London, and collaborate with local marketing teams in Berlin, Stockholm, Sydney, Miami, and Paris.
  • Develop and expand our international business, including opening up new and growth territories.
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of global marketing plans and strategies for our artist and label clients.
  • Work directly with key clients and their teams to agree strategies and objectives and to review performance.
  • Approve international marketing budgets in consultation with clients.
  • Manage relationships with our international distribution, licensee, and promotion partners around the world.
  • Travel regularly to international territories to build and strengthen relationships and oversee campaigns, and to represent Showcase International Music Business Guide at relevant international events.
  • Collaborate with other senior managers across the business as part of the leadership team.
  • Contribute to the process of bringing in new clients to Showcase International Music Business Guide.
Requirements:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic thinker with a passion for building and managing international marketing teams. You should have a deep understanding of the current international music markets and a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
