Role Overview:
The Head of Sales (International) will be instrumental in expanding YourPrime's footprint across international markets, focusing on the UK, Europe, and APAC and others.
This position involves managing a talented team of country managers and driving sales strategies to achieve significant revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Management:
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of country managers across the UK, Europe, and APAC to achieve sales objectives.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to each region to drive business growth and market penetration.
Cultivate a high-performance sales culture focused on achieving and exceeding targets.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Collaborate closely with marketing and product development teams to enhance the sales process and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities, adapting sales strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Performance and Reporting:
Set clear performance targets and KPIs for the sales team, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.
Provide regular reports and insights to the executive team on sales performance, challenges, and strategic opportunities.
Analyse sales data and market trends to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within the SaaS Accounting & Tax world.
Demonstrated success in managing and scaling international sales teams across diverse regions.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and navigate different cultural contexts effectively.
