This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of the sales operations, providing outstanding customer service, and fostering robust relationships with our clientele.

Key Qualifications for Lead Sales Executive:

· A background in the residential property market is advantageous, though experience in alternative sectors will be considered if you can demonstrate relevant transferable skills.

  • Exceptional listening skills to cultivate strong relationships swiftly and adopt a consultative sales approach.
  • Proven track record in managing a sales team, ideally across multiple regions.
  • A natural ability to engage confidently and articulately with property agents, development teams, and clients.
  • Familiarity with the Private Rented Sector (PRS) or Build to Rent (BTR) is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in business-to-business or customer sales.
  • Leadership experience at a mid to senior level is essential.
  • A strong ambition and determination to achieve results.

Responsibilities of the Lead Sales Executive:

  • To manage the Southern sales team, ensuring that each Business Development Manager cultivates strong relationships with property and investment agents to effectively introduce clients to the developer's offerings.
