Your Role

As a Healthcare Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents.

  • Maintaining and updating records
  • Assisting management with organizing and coordinating meetings
  • Participating in meetings and documenting notes
  • Liaising with local multi-disciplinary teams to support residents
  • Responding to inquiries from potential third parties and family members
  • Assisting with the processing of staff timesheets
  • Collaborating with Regional Managers and other departments
  • Managing inventory and ordering essential supplies
  • Ensuring compliance with Data Protection regulations

  • Proven experience in an administrative role (essential)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (essential)
  • Strong attention to detail (essential)

  • Exceptional organizational skills with problem-solving capabilities (essential)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook (essential)
