Job Summary

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Bank Administrator to support one of our residential services in Surrey. As a key team member, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our services and deliver outstanding levels of care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Completing and updating records to ensure accurate and timely information
  • Assisting site managers with arranging and planning meetings, attending and supporting meetings, and taking notes
  • Contacting local multi-disciplinary teams to support residents and answering calls from potential third parties and residents' family members
  • Assisting in the processing and completing of timesheets for staff members on site
  • Working closely with Regional Managers and other Cygnet Healthcare Departments
  • Ordering and maintaining key stock on site
  • Ensuring the protection of documents and information following Data Protection guidelines
