About the Role

Cygnet Health Care is currently recruiting for an experienced administrator to support one of our residential services based in the UK.

This is a fixed-term contract role, providing administrative assistance to help deliver outstanding levels of care and support to our residents.

The successful candidate will join the team working on a permanent contract, providing administrative support to help manage the day-to-day operations of the service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Completing and updating records
  • Assisting site managers with arranging and planning meetings
  • Attending and supporting meetings and taking notes
  • Contacting local multi-disciplinary teams to help support residents
  • Answering calls from potential third parties and residents' family members
  • Assisting in the processing and completing of timesheets for staff members on site
  • Working closely with both Regional Managers and other Cygnet Healthcare departments
  • Ordering and maintaining key stock on site
  • Ensuring the protection of documents and information following data protection guidelines

About You

  • An experienced administrator (essential)
  • Experienced in working in a healthcare environment (desirable)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (essential)
  • High attention to detail (essential)
  • Able to work as an individual or as part of a team (essential)
  • Strong organizational skills with proven ability to organize and solve problems (essential)
  • Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft packages including Excel, Word, and Outlook
