Training Coordinator Maternity Cover

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to join our team on a maternity cover basis. As a Training Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our services with their training requirements and ensuring compliance with our training policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with services to discuss their training needs and concerns
  • Book training sessions with external providers or our internal training team
  • Create training events on our Learning Management System (LMS) and manage attendance
  • Check service compliance and work with Service Managers to ensure training requests are submitted
  • Manage 'Across the Business' training, including booking courses and creating events on the LMS
  • Manage mandatory ACG Company Induction training, including sourcing dates and creating events on the LMS
  • Collaborate with our Learning & Development Systems Manager and Learning Management Systems Assistant to resolve system issues
What You'll Need:
  • Enhanced DBS clearance
