Training Coordinator Maternity Cover Specialist

Active Care Group is a leading provider of complex care in the UK.

We are seeking a Training Coordinator to join our team at our Caterham Head office on a part-time maternity cover basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting services with their training requirements, booking training sessions, and managing compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Regularly meeting with services to discuss training needs and concerns
  • Booking training sessions with external providers or internally via our training team
  • Creating training events on our Learning Management System (LMS) and tracking attendance
  • Managing 'Across the Business' training, including booking courses and creating events on the LMS
  • Managing mandatory ACG Company Induction training, including sourcing dates and creating events on the LMS
  • Working with our Learning & Development Systems Manager and Learning Management Systems Assistant to resolve any issues with the system

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
