Job Title: Training Coordinator Maternity Cover

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to join our team on a maternity leave cover basis. As a Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of training programs across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with services to discuss training requirements and concerns
  • Book training sessions with external providers or internally via our training team
  • Create training events on our Learning Management System (LMS) and manage attendance
  • Check service compliance and work with Service Managers to ensure training requests are submitted
  • Manage 'Across the Business' training, including booking courses and creating events on the LMS
  • Manage mandatory ACG Company Induction training, working with Executive PA to source dates and create events on the LMS
  • Collaborate with the Learning & Development Systems Manager and Learning Management Systems Assistant to resolve system issues
Requirements:
  • Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
