Training Coordinator Maternity Cover Specialist

Active Care Group is a leading provider of complex care in the UK, employing over 4000 people. We are seeking a Training Coordinator to join our team on a part-time maternity cover basis.

This role is based at our Caterham Head office and involves supporting services with training requirements and concerns. The successful candidate will be responsible for booking training sessions, creating training events on the Learning Management System (LMS), and managing compliance and training requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with services to discuss training requirements and concerns
  • Book training sessions with external providers or internally via the training team
  • Create training events on the LMS and manage attendance
  • Check service compliance and work with Service Managers to ensure training requests are sent
  • Manage 'Across the Business' training, including booking courses and creating training events on the LMS
  • Manage mandatory ACG Company Induction training, working with the Executive PA to source suitable dates and create training events on the LMS
  • Work with the Learning & Development Systems Manager and Learning Management Systems Assistant to resolve system issues

Requirements:

  • Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
