Position Overview

Role: Lead Construction Project Coordinator
Location: Sleaford
Compensation: Up to £45,000 + Vehicle/Vehicle allowance
Work Schedule: Permanent, 8am-4.30pm Monday to Friday
Reporting Structure: This position reports to the Senior Project Manager and is pivotal in facilitating the execution of all billable projects.

This role involves ensuring that all billable project initiatives are executed safely, adhering to established timelines and budgetary constraints. You will oversee and manage the compliance status of sites within your jurisdiction, ensuring that any overdue statutory and mandatory tasks are effectively addressed.

Your responsibilities will include managing new construction, refurbishment, and demolition projects across multiple sites in the Sleaford area and surrounding regions. Therefore, a willingness to travel is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Possess substantial experience as a Project Manager within the construction sector, holding an HNC or equivalent qualification in Building/Civil Engineering or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of Asbestos Awareness, IOSH Managing Safely, and Legionella Control (L8).
  • Exhibit strong IT proficiency, alongside exceptional communication and organizational capabilities.
  • Maintain a valid UK driving license and the ability to obtain SC Clearance.
