Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for departmental inquiries, providing accurate information and referring to appropriate personnel as necessary
  • Maintain and input data into relevant systems, ensuring all correspondence is managed effectively
  • Monitor data entry processes and generate reports as needed
  • Coordinate assessments and reviews for healthcare professionals, liaising with clients and their families
  • Prepare and compile documentation to support service delivery
  • Assist in the administrative setup of care packages as required
  • Support administrative tasks related to compliance regulations
  • Organize departmental meetings, manage calendars, and take minutes as necessary
  • Address invoice inquiries promptly and efficiently
  • Adhere to service guidelines and established policies to maintain quality standards
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring proper handling of mail
  • Uphold the department's professional image by ensuring all materials are current and well-presented
  • Handle complaints effectively, escalating issues when necessary
  • Perform document processing tasks such as scanning and photocopying
  • Train new staff on office systems and departmental procedures
  • Engage in research and development activities as directed
  • Work independently within defined policies and procedures

Communication Skills:
