We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Administrator to join our dynamic team at LA International Computer Consultants Ltd. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in administrative functions and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including data entry and telephone etiquette.

- Serve as a primary contact for departmental inquiries, addressing routine and specialized questions with professionalism and clarity.
- Input and maintain data within management systems, along with necessary correspondence.
- Oversee data entry processes and generate reports as needed.
- Coordinate assessments and reviews for professionals, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
- Prepare and organize documentation to support service delivery.
- Assist in the administrative setup of care packages as required.
- Support administrative functions related to compliance and safeguards.
- Organize departmental meetings, including minute-taking and calendar management.
- Address invoice inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Adhere to service guidelines and established policies to maintain quality standards.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring accurate message delivery.
- Maintain office supply levels and manage mail distribution in accordance with standards.
- Promote departmental image by ensuring that informational materials are current and well-presented.
- Handle complaints effectively, escalating issues when necessary.
- Perform document processing tasks, including word processing and photocopying.
- Assist in training new staff on office systems and processes.
- Engage in research and development activities as directed.
- Demonstrate initiative and the ability to work unsupervised within established policies.
