Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary contact for departmental inquiries, providing information and assistance as needed
  • Manage data entry and upkeep of computerized records, along with necessary correspondence
  • Oversee data input accuracy and generate reports from systems as required
  • Coordinate assessments and reviews for professionals, liaising with individuals and relevant parties
  • Prepare and compile documentation to support service delivery
  • Assist in the administrative setup of care packages as necessary
  • Support duties related to compliance and safeguarding measures
  • Organize departmental meetings, including minute-taking and calendar management
  • Address invoice inquiries promptly and efficiently
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures to maintain quality standards
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications effectively
  • Ensure office supplies are adequately stocked and report shortages
  • Maintain the professional image of the department through up-to-date materials
  • Handle complaints with care, escalating when necessary
  • Perform document processing tasks as required
