Position Overview

K2 Healthcare Ltd is seeking a highly capable and driven Project Manager to enhance our operational capabilities. This role is pivotal in steering internal initiatives, managing stakeholder communications, and fostering the growth of Primary Care Networks (PCNs).

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Leadership:

  • Oversee and direct internal projects within the healthcare sector, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality benchmarks.
  • Formulate and sustain project plans, defining objectives, timelines, and resource distribution.
  • Coordinate project activities, track progress, and proactively identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

2. Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Design and execute comprehensive communication strategies to effectively engage stakeholders and raise awareness of key initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison with internal and external parties to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Plan and implement various communication activities.
  • Assess the impact of communication efforts and make necessary adjustments for improvement.

3. Development of Primary Care Networks:

  • Contribute to the growth and enhancement of Primary Care Networks, collaborating closely with healthcare professionals and relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide project management support for PCN development initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Facilitate collaboration among PCNs, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Monitor and evaluate PCN performance, identifying areas for enhancement and proposing solutions.

4. Governance and Compliance:

  • Assist in the creation and implementation of governance frameworks to ensure effective decision-making and accountability.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of governance practices, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing necessary changes.

Candidate Profile

Essential Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the healthcare or public sector.
  • Strong project management capabilities, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with governance frameworks and risk management principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of making informed decisions based on data.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently and collaboratively.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of healthcare systems and primary care networks is advantageous.
  • Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) are beneficial.
