We are looking for a dedicated Site Operations Leader to assist the General Manager in overseeing our Wheelchair Services contract. The successful candidate will possess a proven history in service and personnel management, coupled with a commitment to enhancing service user outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Oversight - Establish and oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets to ensure optimal service delivery.

Team Leadership - Lead the current team to maintain high performance levels. Monitor attendance, leave, and other factors to guarantee seamless operational functionality.

Health and Safety Compliance - Ensure that all NRS Healthcare staff adhere to safety protocols in their daily tasks.

Support Role - Act as the second-in-command to the General Manager, including leading meetings and engaging with external stakeholders in the GM's absence.

Problem Resolution and Continuous Enhancement - Make informed decisions to swiftly address challenges and drive performance improvements in both routine operations and specific projects.

Client-Centric Approach - Serve as a point of escalation for any operational complaints or issues.

Detail Orientation - Exhibit exceptional attention to detail, ensuring adherence to processes and effective resolution of service inquiries, including escalations.

Qualifications

People Development - Demonstrated experience in coaching, developing, and mentoring team members.

Operational Management - Proven track record in managing site operations effectively.

Organizational Skills - Exemplary planning and organizational capabilities.

IT Proficiency - Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other relevant software.

Communication Skills - Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
