Administrative Support Coordinator Overview:
Hours: 30 hours per week
Service Care Solutions is looking for an Administrative Support Coordinator to become a vital part of our Business Support Team.
In this role, you will undertake a variety of administrative responsibilities aimed at assisting our social care professionals.
Your key duties will include:
- Arranging and modifying transportation for children and young individuals to facilitate their attendance at educational institutions and family visits.
- Coordinating interpreting and translation services as required.
- Uploading essential documents to electronic records pertaining to children.
- Offering fundamental ICT and systems assistance to social work staff.
We are looking for someone who is dedicated to enhancing the lives of vulnerable children and young individuals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of GCSE qualifications in English and Maths or an equivalent NVQ Level 2 standard.
We encourage you to present your experience in working with young individuals transitioning from care and those seeking asylum in your application.
