Key Responsibilities:
- Documentation Development: Create essential documentation from diverse stakeholder inputs to facilitate intercompany meetings and capture outcomes.
- Meeting Management: Organize meetings, confirm attendance, and oversee communication links and facilities.
- Report Oversight: Update and maintain reports utilizing various data sources.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with the Configuration Management Manager to refine processes, ensuring accurate information is accessible to the broader organization.
- KPI Tracking: Gather data to establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators, implementing corrective and preventive measures as necessary.
- Filing System Administration: Develop and sustain the electronic filing system for the department.
Candidate Profile:
