- Minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Maths at grades A-C.
- NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or Customer Service, or equivalent qualifications/experience.

- Proficient in IT skills, including keyboard proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
