Job Overview

Qualifications

Essential

  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Maths at grades A-C.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or Customer Service, or equivalent qualifications/experience.

Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in providing customer-focused administrative support.
  • Proficient in IT skills, including keyboard proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Effective communication skills, particularly in managing interactions with distressed or anxious individuals.

Desirable

  • Familiarity with NHS systems.
