About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our care homes by providing administrative support to our managers and teams.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to our managers and teams, including answering phone calls, handling files, and responding to emails.
  • Meet and greet visitors, engage with residents, and show prospective clients and their families around our care homes.
  • Support our managers in maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and external partners.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
